四軸半自動(dòng)仿形木工銑床

    本廠生產(chǎn)的多排軸（四軸）木工全自動(dòng)仿形車床，可同時(shí)生產(chǎn)四個(gè)一模一樣的產(chǎn)品（如：車花瓶兩分鐘車四個(gè)），只需普工操作，生產(chǎn)快捷質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，只要將材料裝機(jī)后機(jī)器自動(dòng)完成車削工序,適應(yīng)做花瓶，樓梯欄桿，桌椅腳，圓木柄等異性木件加工制造。與傳統(tǒng)仿形木工銑床相比該仿形機(jī)床增加了如下技術(shù)亮點(diǎn)：高性能氣缸加緊；變頻器，旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器與變頻電機(jī)相配合使得理論轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到傳統(tǒng)仿形木工銑床的8倍，并且精度明顯提高；自動(dòng)停車；工作完自動(dòng)回零點(diǎn)等。

    The milling machine can produce 4 identical products at the same time( such as 4 vases in 4 minutes), merely under an ordinary worker’s control.  Just put the original material ready on the machine, and you will get standard finished products in a short time. If you want to produce vases, wooden staircase column, tables and chairs feet , circular wooden handle and some other kinds of abnormal shaped wood accessories, this machine will be your good choice.
   
    Property：This is a machine of 2-dimension motion and four products producing synchronously. It’s easy to be controlled and can make products in any curve you want. Compared with the traditional milling machine, this machine has some technical advantages: cylinder clamping; automatic ceasing.
