安全使用鋸片
 
 
1、 所配設(shè)備應(yīng)具備安全保護(hù)裝置，如：防護(hù)罩，斷電剎車，過載保護(hù)等。
 
Applied machine shall be equipped with safety devices, such as protective cover, power-off brake and overload protector.
 
2、 檢查鋸片有無損壞，齒型是否完整，鋸板是否平整光潔，以及有無其他異常現(xiàn)象，以確保使用安全。
 
Check if the saw blade is scratched, if the edge is complete and if the blade sheet is flat and clean to ensure the safe status.
 
3、 確保機(jī)器狀態(tài)良好，主軸無變形，無徑跳，軸徑公差為h7。保證鋸片回轉(zhuǎn)方向與機(jī)器主軸回轉(zhuǎn)方向一致。
 
Ensure the sound condition of the machine including but not limited to no transformed bearing, no track jump and the tolerance is h7. Reversing direction of

blade shall be the same with that of main bearing.
 
4、 法蘭盤內(nèi)徑與鋸片內(nèi)徑一致，外徑應(yīng)不小于鋸片外徑的1/3，并確認(rèn)其表面平整光潔，無變
 
形，無端跳。保證鋸片內(nèi)徑與機(jī)器軸徑之間無過大間隙，安裝好法蘭盤，裝好定位銷，擰緊螺母。
 
Internal diameter of Flange Plate should be the same with that of the blade. External diameter should be no smaller than 1/3 of external diameter of the

small blade. The surface should be flat and clean without transformation and end jump. Avoid too big gap between the blade and the bearing in terms of

internal diameter. After installation of Flange Plate, set up the positioning pin and fasten the nut.
 
5、 工作時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)聲音和振動(dòng)異常、切割面粗糙、或產(chǎn)生異味時(shí)，必須立即終止作業(yè)，及時(shí)檢查，
 
排除故障以免發(fā)生意外事故。
 
If any noise, vibration or unsmooth surface or bad smell is detected, please stop the operation immediately and a check should be conducted shortly to avoid

any possible accident.
 
 
 
硬質(zhì)合金圓鋸片的修磨
 
當(dāng)鋸片不再鋒利，切斷橫截面粗糙，必須對(duì)鋸片進(jìn)行修磨，否則對(duì)切割效果有很大的影響，導(dǎo)致鋸片使用壽命縮短，有以下情況須進(jìn)行修磨更換處理：
1：使用鋸片的機(jī)器耗能顯著增加
2：加工材料時(shí)，有明顯崩裂現(xiàn)象
3：合金刀頭的刃口磨損達(dá)到0.2MM
鋸片的修磨，應(yīng)到專業(yè)的修磨機(jī)器或公司進(jìn)行修磨，確保鋸片長(zhǎng)期高效使用。
